-After you checkout you will receive an order confirmation via email.
-Orders will ship within 24-48 hours.
-When your order has shipped, you will receive another email with a tracking number. If you do not receive a shipping email with a tracking # please contact us at: therurbanelm@gmail.com.
-We offer free shipping on all orders over $85, all orders under $85 have a flat rate shipping of $6.50!
-Urban Elm Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the package is received by the carrier, all claims must go through USPS or UPS.
Returns/Exchanges
We hope you are satisfied with your order, if something doesn't work out we can fix that!
We accept returns on FULL PRICED ITEMS for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
-Products must be unworn, unwashed, and have all the original tags still attached.
-If an exchange is possible please contact us immediately to ensure your item/size is available.
-Items must be returned within 10 days from the date of delivery. Only 3 order returns a year per customer will be accepted. Please email us below to start your return. DO NOT CONTACT VIA SOCIAL MEDIA.
-Once we receive your return or exchange & meets the requirements stated above you will be issued store credit in the form of a gift card (website) or Account Credit (App) that will be emailed to you.
-If there is any damage to your items during shipping please contact us immediately upon delivery.
-Shipping costs are nonrefundable & customer is responsible for return shipping. You can request a return label in which $6.50 for shipping will be deducted from your return credit.
-All sale items Markdowns, Pink Friday, Cyber Monday, Birthday Sale, Black Friday Doorbusters, jewelry, accessories, handbags, & gift cards are FINAL SALE.
